Terms of Service

You must be 18+ to commission me! By commissioning me you agree to the Terms of Service.

Rights

• You can use/publish your commission anywhere, but you must credit me as the creator.
• I retain the right to publish the commission and WiPs. (if it’s a surprise gift we can
discuss a date, so I won’t post before that)
• You cannot resell or take any profit from my commissions, including NFTs!
• You cannot alternate or use my artwork for or with Ai or any generative technology!

Prices and Payment

• Commission won’t be started until full payment is received.
• Prices may change over time.
• Prices listed on my price sheet are base pricing. I will send you the precise pricing after
the concept and the included characters are discussed and or shown.
• Prices may change due to character complexity, background, accessories etc.
• I can charge extra for lack of proper reference.
• My prices are in EUR. Please make sure I receive the payment in the correct currency.
• When making a payment please write your username in the payment’s textbox and
nothing else!
• I can only receive payment via Revolut, PayPal, Ko-fi or bank transfer if you’re
Hungarian. Revolut is my preferred method.

Refunds and commission cancelation

• In case of a commission having to be cancelled for personal reasons a full refund will
be issued immediately, in case a commission is cancelled because the customer has
broken TOS rules a partial refund will be issued for the remaining work.

What you will receive

• If you bought a custom commission, I provide lots of WiPs where you can ask for changes.
• Artistic freedom commissions can only be alternated if the artwork doesn’t match the
character’s design or personality. Please try and point these out in the sketch phase.
• Changes are almost unlimited, but please don’t go overboard. Big changes and changes
far into the progress of the artwork may affect delivery time and may cost extra later.
• After the commission is done, I’ll send you a full resolution file over your preferred platform.
• If you need a specific file type, color space or resolution (printing or future use) please
state it at the beginning.

References

• When ordering a commission please provide a proper reference of your character, if not
I may have to take extra payment for that. (unless the commission is a reference itself)
• If you have a pose/mood/setting etc. in mind, please send me any kind of reference that
explains to me what you really imagined.
• I do not accept any Ai generated images as reference! I will refuse to work with you if any of the references ar Ai.

Communication

• I usually like to have constant contact with my customers, while working so please
answer as soon as you can.
• Please always communicate in text, do not send me voice messages.
• Please always be respectful towards me and my work. Do not express any sexual
feelings and desires even if the commission is NSFW.
• Please try and be informative in text messages. Try and compile all important
information in one place, so I can refer to it if I need to later on. (especially character
and artwork request details).
• Do not share unnecessary personal experiences, details, information and small talks with me.

Personal

• I can refuse any commission without giving a reason!
• I’m always trying my best and trying to work as quickly as I can while still maintaining
quality.
• I usually don’t take commissions with very short due date.
• Please keep in mind that this isn’t my full-time job.
• I usually don't work on the weekends, unless I decide to myself.
